About Me

      My name is Shaun Senechal, and I was born in British Columbia In the summer of 1982, and grew up in British Columbia and Moved to Montreal when I was 9. We lived there for 8 months and moved to Ontario for a few years before returning to British Columbia. I have one sibling, She is my younger sister born in the winter of 1984.

      I enjoy writing and the outdoors, I worked at Maple Ridge paintball, in British Columbia for 5 years reffing paintball games. Right now I'm fighting anxiety, sleeping issues back problems and epilepsy as of recently. For many years, I just ran from myself and didn't deal with the issues so in my spare time I am trying to better myself, and it is my hope to release some of the pain not just for me, but others as well. I do have some ideas for fathers and kids as things to minimize stress.
